Many educational sessions are included with attendee registration; however, select courses, certification programs, and workshops may require separate registration and additional fees.
Yes. The full Conference & Expo schedule, including education sessions, networking events, and exhibit hall hours, will be available on our website and event app prior to the event.
Yes. On-site registration will be available during the event, subject to availability. We encourage attendees to register in advance to secure preferred pricing and access to limited-capacity sessions.
Yes. Tickets for select events, including Industry Night and Women in Swim, may be purchased separately, subject to availability.
Badges can be picked up at the Registration Desk located at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre during registration hours. Attendees will receive additional details prior to the event.

The Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites is the official host hotel for the Canadian Pool & Spa Conference & Expo. We encourage attendees to book early to take advantage of preferred event rates and availability.

PHTCC does not work with third party list brokers, housing providers, or payment agents. If you’re offered attendee lists, discounted hotels, or payment requests from outside sources, it’s a scam. Contact your PHTCC rep to verify any requests. We want to keep your safe, it is always better to verify.
